Very good location by the Douro river. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained. The breakfast has a good variety of options. The staff is helpful and attentive. One thing to improve is the punctuality of the bar’s opening times: they closed 30 minutes before the announced time on a weekday.
Nice hotel, very clean, staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and food was delicious when we ate in the evening at the restaurant. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
The room was clean and good size for a couple. Just one thing the shower booth door opens against the toilet so it was weirdly inconvenient.
Otherwise everything was good. Breakfast was simply buffet but well-managed and delicious. There is rooftop bar in the hotel was real plus. It was such a nice place end of the day after long adventure in the city and then you can finally have relaxing time with well-made cocktails.
The hotel was located good walking distance from the center. It was good walk out and walk back in after a day trip to center.
Hands down Hugo made our stay very welcomed. He took the time to comfort our family and just made our overall experience better. Thank you Hugo!! He needs a promotion!!!
From start to finish my booking was easy and reliable. Easy to get to wherever you are arriving from with bus and tram stops close by. Within walking distance along the Douro River to Porto. Great views across the River too from the bar. …
Really nice hotel by the river. The hotel is modern and the rooms are spacious and clean. Hugo at reception was very polite and accommodating. Outside of the season you can get the rooms at a good price.
Great value hotel, just a short walk from the Dom Luis bridge. Tasteful decor, clean rooms, and delicious breakfast. Check-in could have been slightly better but the staff were helpful and accommodating.
The hotel is excellent overall, but the fitness center leaves much to be desired.
